Eligibility for Exchange:
For an item to be eligible for an exchange, it must remain in the condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Sale products cannot be exchanged/returned.
- All the discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
Reporting Issues:
In case you encounter any sizing concerns or defects/damages with the product received, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91-9100434593 or care@thejaipurstudio.com
Product Return Process:
After you receive confirmation from The Jaipur Studio team on the next working day, you'll need to independently ship the product back. Secure a receipt from the courier with details of the dispatched products, their signature, and contact number. The Jaipur Studio isn't responsible for lost shipments.
Please be aware: Some pincodes may not offer reverse pick-up. In these cases, customers should return items with their name and phone number attached. Exchanges are permitted only for size issues. If the required size isn't available, a credit note will be issued to the customer.
If reverse pickup is available for your pincode, we'll arrange it from the delivery location and resend the product. Customers are responsible for reverse pickup charges, which are Rs 250/- INR.
Return Shipping:
The return shipping cost is 250/- INR borne by the customer, and is non-refundable. We advise using a traceable shipping method for your returns.

Opening Parcels:
For a smooth return process, we suggest recording a video while unpacking the parcel. This will be useful evidence in case of any damage or defect resulting from transit.
Important Notice:
We strictly adhere to a size exchange policy. Returns or refunds are not available.

We offer free shipping on all our products throughout India on orders over INR 2000.
As a special thank you, all orders above Rs. 2000 also receive a free bag.
