Exchange, Store Credit & Order Policy

We truly value your trust and always want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us.

As a growing brand, every exchange involves reverse logistics, product handling, quality checks, repackaging, and operational effort. Because of this, we currently do not offer returns for refund. We only offer exchange, and all exchanges are chargeable, subject to the terms mentioned below.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

 

1. No Return for Refund

We do not offer returns for refund.

We offer exchange only, subject to eligibility and approval as per the policy below.

2. Exchange Request Timeline

If you wish to request an exchange, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Pickup arrangement 

Please note that all exchanges are paid.

A reverse pickup fee of ₹120 per product will be charged for arranging pickup of the original item. This amount is prepaid.

If there is any price difference between the original product and the new product selected for exchange, the customer will also be required to pay the applicable difference amount before the exchanged item is dispatched.

4. Return Shipping Timeline

If you are shipping the product back to us yourself, it must be dispatched within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products shipped after this 7-day period will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

  • unused

  • unwashed

  • unworn

  • in original condition

  • with all original tags intact

Products that are used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for exchange.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must share an unboxing video while raising the issue.

This helps us review the concern fairly and resolve it appropriately. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process such claims.

 

7. Store Credit in Exceptional Cases

While we do not offer returns for refund, store credit may be issued only in rare and exceptional cases, such as:

  • if the requested exchange size is unavailable

  • if the product received is found to have a genuine damage issue, subject to review

Please note that all products are thoroughly quality checked at our warehouse before dispatch. Store credit is not a standard return option and will be issued only after review and approval by The Jaipur Studio, at our sole discretion.

 

8. Exchange Approval & Dispatch

The exchanged item will be dispatched only after the original product has been:

  • received by us

  • inspected through a quality check

  • approved for exchange

If the returned product does not pass the quality check, the exchange request may be declined.

9. Sale / Discount / Promotional Orders

Products purchased during sale, discount offers, promotional campaigns, or clearance events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, unless there is a verified issue approved by our team.

 

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order OR until it's dispatched.

After this window, the order may already be under processing and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

 

11. Before You Place an Order

To make the best purchase decision, we strongly recommend reviewing the following before placing your order:

  • product description

  • size chart

  • fabric details

  • product images

  • any notes mentioned on the product page
